01:48 PM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dundee (DC-A.TO) on Tuesday said it agreed to sell RBC Dominion Securities 11-million shares of G Mining Ventures ( GMINF ) priced at $8.85 each to raise $95.92 million.

Upon closing, Dundee will own 2.9-million common shares of G Mining ( GMINF ).

Dundee agreed its a 60-day lock-up for its remaining shares in the company.

Dundee Class A shares were last seen up $0.03 to $1.38 on the Toronto Stock Exchange, while G Mining ( GMINF ) was down $0.425 to $8.955.
