Dunxin Financial Holdings Names Stanley He as CEO, Board Chair -- Shares Drop

12:31 PM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dunxin Financial Holdings (DXF) said Wednesday it has named Longwen (Stanley) He as the chief executive officer and board chairman, effective immediately.

Concurrently, Siyuan Xu was named as a board director, the company said.

The company shares were down nearly 34% in recent trading.
