09:06 AM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Duos Technologies ( DUOT ) said Friday it has signed a definitive agreement with Hydra Host to deploy a high-density Nvidia ( NVDA ) GPU cluster for a global technology company.

The contract, executed through its subsidiary Duos Edge AI, is expected to generate about $176 million in revenue over a 36-month term, the company said.

The deployment will include multiple modular Edge Data Centers for large-scale AI workloads and the first phase includes an initial 4.3-megawatt colocation commitment from an anchor tenant, the company said.

Duos Technologies ( DUOT ) shares were 3% higher pre-bell Friday.
