09:43 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DuPont de Nemours ( DD ) said Monday it agreed to acquire Sinochem Ningbo RO Memtech to expand its reverse osmosis manufacturing presence into China and the rest of the Asia-Pacific region.

The company said localizing its manufacturing footprint will help it better serve the demand for FilmTec products in the region through shortened customer lead-times and improved logistics reliability and supply chain risk management.

The terms of the deal, which is expected to close in Q4, were not disclosed.
