10:29 AM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DuPont de Nemours ( DD ) won a US International Trade Commission ruling barring Dawnsens New-Materials from selling or importing certain materials and products related to DuPont's ( DD ) Tyvek products into the US for 10 years.

The ITC approved a voluntary consent order from Dawnsens, DuPont ( DD ) said Monday in a statement.

"In October 2024, DuPont ( DD ) requested that the ITC investigate its claims of trade secret misappropriation and trademark infringement relating to the Tyvek brand and products and issue an exclusion order to prohibit the importation of any infringing materials" into US, according to the statement. The ruling concludes its litigation against Dawnsens, DuPont ( DD ) said.

Xiamen City, China-based Dawnsens didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
