D-Wave Quantum Completes $400 Million At-The-Market Equity Offering

07:40 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- D-Wave Quantum ( QBTS ) said Tuesday it completed its $400 million "at-the-market" equity offering.

The company sold the common shares under the program at an average price of $15.18 apiece.

D-Wave said it plans to use the proceeds mainly for strategic acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

The company's shares were up 3.9% in recent premarket activity.
