02:45 PM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- D-Wave Quantum ( QBTS ) said Friday it completed the redemption of all remaining public warrants as of Wednesday.

The company said 4.75 million warrants were exercised for about 6.9 million shares at $11.50 each, generating roughly $54.6 million. The remaining 270,820 unexercised warrants were redeemed at $0.01 per warrant.

D-Wave said the warrants have stopped trading on the New York Stock Exchange and will be delisted. The common stock continues to trade under QBTS.
