D-Wave Quantum Files $400 Million Mixed-Shelf

04:49 PM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- D-Wave Quantum ( QBTS ) filed a registration statement late Tuesday for the potential sale of up to $400 million of securities from time to time in one or more offerings.

The filing covers common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants, and units. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, according to the filing.
