11:05 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- D-Wave Quantum ( QBTS ) shares rose 8.3% in recent Thursday trading after the company reported a combined $175 million in gross proceeds following the closing two at-the-market equity offerings.

The funds will be for working capital and capital expenditures to support technical development efforts and business operations, the company said Thursday in a statement.

The company said it expects to end the current fiscal quarter with at least $160 million in cash.
