08:33 AM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- D-Wave Quantum ( QBTS ) said Tuesday it has struck a memorandum of understanding with Yonsei University and Incheon Metropolitan City to explore, adopt, and use quantum computing in South Korea.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the terms, the parties plan to collaborate for mutual research and talent development for quantum computing, offer access to D-Wave's quantum computing technology, and partner on the development of use cases in biotechnology, materials science, and other areas, the company added.
