DXP Enterprises Closes Hartwell Environmental Acquisition

02:02 PM EDT, 09/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DXP Enterprises ( DXPE ) said Wednesday it closed on its all-cash acquisition of privately held Hartwell Environmental, adding pumps, controls and process equipment to the product lines through the Texas-based company.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, although DXP Enterprises ( DXPE ) said it completed the deal using funds available on its balance sheet. Hartwell generated around $4.1 million in adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization on $18.4 million in revenue during the last 12 months ended July 31, DXP Enterprises ( DXPE ) said.

The Sept. 1 transaction is also expected to extend its territorial reach in Texas and Oklahoma, DXP Enterprises ( DXPE ) added.
