08:05 AM EST, 02/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dye & Durham ( DYNDF ) on Friday appointed Sid Singh as interim chief executive, effective immediately.

Singh succeeds Hans Gieskes, with both remaining on the board. Board member Arnaud Ajdler has been appointed chair.

In December, Engine Capital nominees Singh, Gieskes and Ajdle were appointed after the entire Dye & Durham ( DYNDF ) board resigned. Engine Capital owns a 6.6% stake in the company.
