Dye & Durham Says ISS Rejects Engine Capital Control Slate

04:49 PM EST, 12/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dye & Durham ( DYNDF ) on Friday said independent proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) rejected Engine Capital's attempt to elect a control slate of six directors to the company's board at its Dec. 17, meeting.

In its report, ISS recommended that shareholders votes for Dye & Durham ( DYNDF ) nominees Colleen Moorehead, Mark Ernst, David Oppenheimer, and Eric Shahinian, even as Engine Capital said the proxy firm recommended shareholders vote for three of its nominees and withhold votes from Dye & Durham ( DYNDF ) chief executive Matt Proud, as well as directors Edward Pritti and Luke McCormick.

Dye & Durham ( DYNDF ) shares closed down $0.16 to $20.34 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
