06:40 AM EDT, 05/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- DynaCERT ( DYFSF ) , a developer of carbon emission reduction technology, said Monday that Chief Executive Jim Payne stepped down as president of the company.

The company has tapped Bernd Krueper as its new president and as director.

Payne has succeeded Wayne Hoffman as board chairman. Hoffman will continue to serve on the board as lead director.

Krueper joins the company with more than 30 years of experience in international leadership roles in the automotive and off-highway industry, as well as in sustainable energy and power generation services and precision machining.

The new appointments are effective May 15. Also, the board size has been increased to nine directors from eight.
