06:42 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Energy sector company dynaCERT (DYA.TO) said Tuesday that it bought a 15% stake in Cipher Neutron, a technology company focused on the Anion Exchange Membrane electrolysis business.

Under the deal, dynaCERT agreed to receive about 7.2 million Cipher Neutron units, which consists of one Class A share and one-half of a Class A share purchase warrant.

dynaCERT manufactures and distributes carbon emission reduction technology along with its HydraLytica Telematics.
