08:59 AM EST, 02/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- dynaCERT (DYA.TO) said Friday that it raised $5 million in a private placement of 33,333,333 units priced of $0.15 apiece.

The company plans to use the proceeds to finance sales of its HydraGEN Technology products to clients in the mining, oil & gas, transportation and generator sectors.

dynaCERT will also use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Each unit comprises one share and one warrant. The warrants are exercisable at $0.20 per share for 36 months.
