dynaCERT Names John Amodeo as CFO
Sep 15, 2025 11:27 AM

08:03 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- dynaCERT (DYA.TO) earlier Monday said it appointed John Amodeo as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Amodeo recently joined the company's board and continues to serve as a member of the board. He has served as chair of dynaCERT's audit committee since his appointment.

The company said Amodeo resigned from his position as audit committee chair to take on the new role as CFO.

Amodeo has over 40 years of experience in business including in the North American metals and steel industry, said the company. Among other roles, Amodeo worked as executive vice president and CFO at Samuel, Son & Co., Limited.

"John will not only actively work as a CFO and director but also will lend his financial expertise at the board level as we continue to build and strengthen our team for continued growth and global expansion in many vertical markets," said dynaCERT's chairman and chief executive officer Jim Payne.

The company added that Jean-Pierre Colin, who was the interim CFO, continues in his senior role with dynaCERT as executive vice president and continues to serve as a member of the board and corporate secretary of the company.
