06:51 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DynaCERT ( DYFSF ) on Wednesday said its non-brokered private placement offering of up to 33.3 million units at $0.15 per unit to raise up to $5 million is fully subscribed.

Each unit will be composed of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable into one common share at an exercise price of $0.20 per warrant for a 36-month period.

Closing of the offering is subject to certain conditions, including TSX approval.
