07:23 AM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- dynaCERT (DYA.TO) Wednesday said that it plans to reprice its warrants and convertible note, both issued as part of a private placement that closed Oct. 9, 2024.

The company intends to amend the current exercise price of $0.28 of its around 4.16 million outstanding common share purchase warrants with an expiry date of Oct. 9, 2026. The company plans to change the exercise price to $0.20 and the expiry date to Oct. 9, 2027, following receipt of TSX acceptance of the proposed repricing of the warrants.

The note has a current conversion price of $0.24 and a maturity date of Oct. 9, 2025. The company plans to amend the conversion price to $0.15, which would increase the number of common shares issuable upon conversion from around 4.16 million to 6.66 million. dynaCERT also intends to extend the maturity date to Oct. 9, 2026, following receipt of TSX acceptance of the proposed repricing and extension of the note.

All other terms of the warrants and the note will remain the same.
