The company issued 5.8 million common shares at $5.50 apiece for gross proceeds of $31.6 million.

Dynacor ( DNGDF ) intends to use proceeds for the construction of a new pilot processing plant in Senegal, preparatory construction work on additional processing plants in Africa, to explore opportunities in Latin America, for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
