Dynacor Receives Toronto Stock Exchange Approval to Renew Normal Course Issuer Bid

08:16 AM EDT, 05/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Group Dynacor ( DNGDF ) on Thursday said the Toronto Stock Exchange approved the company's request to renew a normal course issuer bid program.

For 12 months beginning on May 6, Dynacor ( DNGDF ) can purchase up to 2.9 million common shares or approximately 10% of the public float. All common shares purchased will be cancelled.

Dynacor ( DNGDF ) said it is reviewing other opportunities that could further contribute to enhancing shareholder value.
