08:39 AM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dynacor Group ( DNGDF ) on Thursday declared an increased monthly dividend for January of $0.01333 per common share which will be payable on Jan. 17 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Jan. 9.

The company increased the dividend by 14.3% compared with $0.01167 per common share, from the prior quarter.

Shares of the company closed down $0.09, or 2%, to $5.76 on Wednesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
