06:39 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dynatrace ( DT ) has agreed to acquire Arize, an artificial intelligence observability platform, for $915 million in cash and stock, the company said Thursday.

The purchase price consists of about $815 million in cash and replacement equity awards for Arize employees joining Dynatrace ( DT ), the company said.

The transaction is expected to close later this quarter or early in Dynatrace's ( DT ) Q3, the company said.

For fiscal 2027, Dynatrace ( DT ) expects the deal to be 200 basis points accretive to annual recurring revenue growth and 175 basis points dilutive to non-GAAP operating margin.

At closing, Arize founders Jason Lopatecki and Aparna Dhinakaran will join Dynatrace ( DT ), with Lopatecki leading the Arize team, the company added.
