Dyne Therapeutics Raises $230 Million From Shares Offering

04:10 PM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dyne Therapeutics ( DYN ) said late Wednesday it has closed its public offering of about 27.9 million shares at $8.25 apiece.

The company said it raised about $230.0 million from the offering, including the full exercise of an over-allotment option.
