03:46 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Dynex Capital ( DX ) said late Wednesday it priced its underwritten public offering of 10.5 million common shares for expected gross proceeds of about $126 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to buy up to about 1.6 million additional common shares.

Net proceeds from the offering, which is set to close Friday, will be used to acquire additional investments and for general corporate purposes.
