03:45 PM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Middlefield Group, on behalf of E Split Corp (ENS.TO), on Thursday said the company is undertaking an overnight treasury offering of class A and preferred shares.

The Class A Shares will be offered at a price of $11.60 to yield 13.4% and the Preferred Shares will be offered at $10.10 to yield 6.7%. The closing price on the TSX for each of the Class A Shares and Preferred Shares on April 10, 2024 was $11.87 and $10.15, respectively.

The sales period for the offering will end at 9 a.m. Friday. The offering is expected to close on or about April 19, 2024 and is subject to certain closing conditions including approval by the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The company invests in common shares of power and pipeline company Enbridge (ENB.TO)
