08:20 AM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Easterly Government Properties ( DEA ) said Friday it acquired a 138,125-square-foot facility in Greenwood Village, Colorado, that is 100% leased to satellite platform manufacturer York Space Systems.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The renovated-to-suit property's lease includes annual escalations and expires in 2031, Easterly said.

York Space Systems will have the option to extend the lease for 10 years at market terms before the expiration of the lease, Easterly added.
