09:03 AM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Easterly Government Properties ( DEA ) said Tuesday that it has acquired a 104,136-square-foot facility in Aurora, Colorado, which is fully leased to Northrop Grumman Systems (NOC).

Financial terms for the acquisition were not disclosed.

Easterly said that, with this acquisition, the company now owns 96 properties totaling 9.5 million square feet, either directly or via joint ventures.
