Easterly Government Properties Acquires Industrial Facility in Utah

09:51 AM EST, 11/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Easterly Government Properties ( DEA ) said Friday it has acquired a 100,000-square-foot industrial facility that is fully leased to the General Services Administration for the use of the Internal Revenue Service.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

With this acquisition, Easterly said it now owns directly or via a joint venture a total of 97 properties with 9.5 million leased square feet.
