07:47 AM EST, 01/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eat & Beyond Global Holdings ( EATBF ) over the weekend said it raised $900,000 in a non-brokered private placement, issuing over 11 million units at $0.0825 each. The funds will support its expansion strategy and also be used for general corporate purposes.

Each unit consists of one share and one two-year warrant, which can buy one additional share at $0.11 each.

The company also issued $250,000 of shares to settle a debt.
