Eaton CFO Olivier Leonetti to Depart in April

07:56 AM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eaton (ETN) said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Olivier Leonetti will depart the company, effective April 1, 2026, as part of a planned transition.

Leonetti will continue in his current role until a successor is appointed, Eaton said, adding that it has engaged an executive search firm to conduct an internal and external search for a new CFO.

Eaton said it anticipates no changes to its full year 2025 outlook.
