Eaton to Acquire Ultra PCS From Cobham Ultra for $1.55 Billion

07:03 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eaton (ETN) said Monday it has agreed to acquire Ultra PCS from Cobham Ultra for $1.55 billion.

The company said Ultra PCS's aerospace systems will add to Eaton's military and civilian aircraft portfolio. The deal is expected to be accretive to Eaton.

The deal is expected to close in H1 of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
