04:28 AM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ECARX Holdings ( ECX ) and DXC Luxoft (DXC) said Tuesday they have formed a partnership to develop automobile infotainment, cockpit and driver assistance systems for drivers.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The companies said they will seek to make it easier for Original Equipment Manufacturers to integrate their offerings into vehicles by combining DXC Luxoft's software integration and engineering capabilities with ECARX's ( ECX ) hardware and software platform.

One aim of the partnership is to provide drivers with easy access "to the entire ecosystem of apps and intelligent AI-powered voice assistants."
