Ecarx, Samsung to Jointly Develop Intelligent Systems

07:57 AM EDT, 07/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ecarx ( ECX ) said Friday it entered into a global strategic partnership with Samsung Group to build an open technology ecosystem for automotive intelligence, robotics and artificial intelligence markets.

The partnership aims to develop intelligent systems for vehicles, smartphones, wearables, robots, and other connected terminals by integrating Samsung's next-generation displays, high-speed memory and flash storage technologies into Ecarx's ( ECX ) product matrix, according to Ecarx ( ECX ).

Financial details were not provided.

Ecarx ( ECX ) shares were up more than 4% in recent premarket activity Friday.
