05:35 PM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ECARX ( ECX ) said late Thursday that it has started an underwritten public offering of 25 million class A shares.

Underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.75 million shares, according to the company.

ECARX ( ECX ) said proceeds will be used for research and development, initiatives, establishing overseas supply chain networks and general corporate purposes.
