11:11 AM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ECD Automotive Design ( ECDA ) filed Wednesday a registration statement for the possible sale of about 8.4 million common shares and 257,500 warrants held by its shareholders.

The registration statement also included a primary offering of 11.5 million shares underlying the public warrants, and 300 million shares to be issued under an equity purchase facility agreement.

The company's shares were up 9.7% in recent Wednesday trading.
