EchoStar Launches Exchange Offer for Convertible Senior Notes Due 2025, 2026 Issued by Dish Network

07:00 AM EDT, 10/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EchoStar ( SATS ) said late Thursday it has launched offers to exchange any and all of the 0% convertible notes due 2025 and any and all of the 3.375% convertible notes due 2026, or its Dish Network unit's notes, for the applicable principal amount of 6.75% senior secured notes due 2030 and 3.875% convertible secured notes due 2030, or the EchoStar ( SATS ) notes.

EchoStar ( SATS ) said that roughly $1.96 billion of 0% convertible notes due 2025 are outstanding, while $2.91 billion of 3.375% convertible notes due 2026 remain outstanding.

The exchange offer will expire on Nov. 7, the company said.
