Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $145.6 million.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $3.97 billion, down from $4.16 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.92 billion.

Shares of the home satellite services provider were up more than 2% in recent premarket activity.
