09:53 AM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EchoStar ( SATS ) unit Hughes Network Systems said Friday that Egyptian satellite company Nilesat has purchased a Hughes JUPITER System Gateway and will use its terminals for its Nilesat 301 satellite.

The company said Nilesat will implement the system in Q2, which is expected to be completed by the end of Q3.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
