Ecolab Buys Barclay Water Management

10:07 AM EST, 11/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ecolab ( ECL ) said Tuesday it acquired water treatment provider Barclay Water Management.

Financial details of the transaction, which was completed on Friday, weren't disclosed.

Barclay Water Management's sales were about $50 million in 2023, Ecolab ( ECL ) said.
