Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.90.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $4.03 billion, up from $3.99 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.02 billion.

Ecolab ( ECL ) said it expects Q3 adjusted diluted EPS of $2.02 to $2.12. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.07.

The company said it continues to expect 2025 adjusted diluted EPS of $7.42 to $7.62. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $7.52.
