08:26 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ecolab ( ECL ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $2.07 per diluted share, up from $1.83 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.07.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $4.17 billion, up from $4 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $4.12 billion.

The company said it expects Q4 adjusted diluted EPS of $2.02 to $2.12. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.08.

The company now expects 2025 adjusted diluted EPS of $7.48 to $7.58, compared with the prior outlook of $7.42 to $7.62. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $7.53.

Ecolab ( ECL ) shares were down 0.6% in recent premarket activity.
