Ecopetrol Accepts $802.8 Million of its Outstanding 5.375% Notes Due 2026

10:43 AM EDT, 10/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ecopetrol ( EC ) said Monday it has accepted $802.8 million of its outstanding 5.375% notes due 2026.

The offer for the notes, with an outstanding principal amount of $1.25 billion, expired Oct. 16 at 5 p.m. ET

The company said it paid a total consideration of $1,011.90 for each $1,000 principal amount of the notes plus applicable interest.

Ecopetrol ( EC ) said it plans to redeem all or part of the notes that remain outstanding.

Price: 8.18, Change: -0.05, Percent Change: -0.66
