Ecovyst Subsidiary Amends its $100 Million Asset-Based Lending Facility

08:07 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ecovyst Inc ( ECVT ) said Friday that its subsidiary, Ecovyst Catalyst Technologies, has amended its existing asset-based lending credit agreement to enhance financial flexibility.

The amended facility remains at $100 million and was extended by over three years to April 2030, among other things, the company said.
