07:53 AM EST, 02/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Edgewater Wireless Systems ( KPIFF ) late on Tuesday confirmed that it has not received a copy of the final valuation report from Avon River Ventures LLC that Edgewater responded to back in August 2024.

As background, an internal draft press release titled "Edgewater Wireless Announces Third-Party Valuation Report" was published on a third-party website without authorization on June 27, 2024. Edgewater Wireless ( KPIFF ) said for its part it engaged with regulators prior to issuing an Aug. 15, 2024, press release on the valuation report.

The company has advised stakeholders to exercise caution when interpreting information presented in the release, particularly the IP valuation.
