08:31 AM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Edgewell Personal Care ( EPC ) said Friday Chief Operating Officer Dan Sullivan will leave on Oct. 1 to pursue another opportunity and that as a result, it is amending its senior leadership structure to streamline operations and boost efficiency.

The company said it will not replace the COO role and instead adopt a regional hub model covering North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, with each hub reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Rod Little.
