07:00 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Edgewell Personal Care ( EPC ) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.92 per diluted share, down from $1.22 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.99.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $627.2 million, down from $647.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $653.7 million.

The company now expects fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS of about $2.65, compared with the prior outlook of $2.85 to $3.05.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.90.

Organic net sales are now expected to decrease about 1.3%, compared with the previous expectation of flat to 1% growth.

Shares of the company were down by more than 8.5% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
