08:59 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Edgewise Therapeutics ( EWTX ) said Monday that it has appointed Michael Nofi as the company's chief financial officer, effective the same day.

Nofi succeeds R. Michael Carruthers, who said he is retiring, the company said.

Nofi was most recently the chief accounting officer of SpringWorks Therapeutics (SWTX), Edgewise said.

Shares of Edgewise were up over 2% in recent Monday premarket activity.
