04:13 AM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Edgio ( EGIO ) said Wednesday it has been notified that it is not in compliance with Nasdaq's listing rules for failure to timely file with the US Securities and Exchange Commission its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30.
The notice said the company must update its previously submitted compliance action plan. If Nasdaq accepts the plan, it may grant the company until Sept. 30 to file its annual report as well as its Q1 and Q2 reports to regain compliance.
The company said the notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of its common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
