10:09 AM EST, 11/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EHang Holdings ( EH ) said Friday its EH216-S pilotless electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft completed its debut passenger flights in Thailand.

With the approval of Thailand's Civil Aviation Authority, the company said it intends to carry out flight tests on EH216-S, as well as roll out commercial flight operations in the country by next year.

EHang's ( EH ) stock fell 3.2% in recent Friday trading.
